Out of law school, James worked Title VII claims under the American Civil Rights Act of 1964. Many of these cases took him to the Southern District of Manhattan Federal Court. After passing the bar exam in both Colorado and New York, James expanded his practice into Colorado workers’ compensation law and national social security disability hearings.
